Chingum, an honest and hardworking police inspector, fights crime and attempts to keep his city safe. He is the police incharge of Shantiwood police. Chingum, inspired by Superstar Rajinikanth, has a heart of gold, helps everyone in need and carries out his duties with immense diligence.
